With more than 17 years in engineering and manufacturing leadership, Adam Stark oversees operations at CRG Automation — uniting engineering, fabrication, project management, and field services to deliver complex automation systems with precision and consistency.

A Purdue University graduate in Manufacturing Engineering Technology, Adam brings a deep understanding of production processes and a passion for efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement. Since joining CRG, he’s strengthened project execution, enhanced collaboration across teams, and driven measurable performance gains.

Looking ahead, Adam is focused on scaling CRG’s operational capabilities to meet growing customer demand while maintaining the company’s reputation for quality, reliability, and innovation.

Outside of work, Adam enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters and cheering on his Purdue Boilermakers.
