JPMorgan Chase, Bunker Labs Select CRG Automation President for Leadership Network
CEOcircle brings together 40+ veteran entrepreneurs
OCTOBER 21, 2021 — LOUISVILLE, KENTUCKY — CRG Automation today announced that President James DeSmet has been selected to participate in the CEOcircle program for entrepreneurial military veterans.
The year-long training program helps mid-size, military-connected companies accelerate growth through quarterly in-person forums, monthly peer-to-peer networking meetings and a 10-week mentorship program with JPMorgan Chase. The first forum will be held Nov. 2 in Washington, D.C. with speakers including Jamie Dimon, Chairman & CEO of JPMorgan Chase & Co.
“It’s an honor to be selected as a leader among my peers and learn from so many, like myself, that had the good fortune of serving our country,” said DeSmet, a 1994 graduate of the United States Merchant Marine Academy.
The 43 participants were determined through a rigorous evaluation process that weighed historical and projected growth, business strategy and desire for mentorship. The selected businesses vary in size, with 2021 projected revenue ranging from $1.5 to $105 million and averaging $13.9 million, and represent a diverse array of industries including healthcare, marketing, data and information technology, staffing and recruitment and restaurants.
