LOUISVILLE, KY. — March 12, 2026 CRG Automation has been named one of the 2026 Best Places to Work in Kentucky, an annual program presented by the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and the Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management.

CRG Automation was recognized in the small-sized employer category (15–149 U.S. employees) as part of the program’s 22nd annual awards. A total of 45 companies were selected in this category following an evaluation of workplace policies, practices and employee feedback.

The award highlights Kentucky employers that create strong workplace cultures and prioritize employee engagement.

“At CRG Automation, the extraordinary solutions we deliver for customers are only possible because of the extraordinary people behind them,” said Paul Lauritzen, President and CEO of CRG Automation. “2025 was a year of tremendous change and growth for our company. Our team stepped up to the challenge and delivered a banner year. This recognition belongs to them.”

Lauritzen said the company continues to raise the bar as it grows.

“We’ve leveled up in talent across the board and will continue to maintain a high bar,” he said. “The engineering challenges we take on require creativity, collaboration and people who genuinely care about solving problems together.”

CRG Automation designs and integrates advanced automation systems for manufacturers across North America, often tackling complex engineering challenges that require close teamwork across disciplines.

“That spirit of teamwork and collaboration is a defining part of our culture,” said Andrea Prewitt, Director of Accounting and Human Resources. “The work we do requires people across the organization to collaborate closely and support one another. That shared commitment is what allows our team and our company to succeed.”

Company leaders also credited their customers for helping create an environment where employees can thrive.

“We’re incredibly grateful to the customers who continue to place their trust in our team,” Lauritzen said. “Their confidence fuels our growth and allows us to create opportunities for our people to do meaningful work every day.”
