CRG Automation Promotes Adam Stark to Vice President of Operations
LOUISVILLE, KY (October 20, 2025) — CRG Automation announced the promotion of Adam Stark to Vice President of Operations, effective October 20. Stark, who previously served as Director of Project Management, will oversee project management, supply chain, aftermarket and manufacturing operations to strengthen execution and support the company’s continued growth.
“Adam has created an immediate and lasting impact during his time at CRG,” said Paul Lauritzen, President and CEO of CRG Automation. “He brings a clear understanding of operational organization and management and his leadership will be instrumental as we scale our operations to meet growing customer demand.”In this new role, Stark will focus on uniting core operational functions, implementing systems and processes that support scalability and ensuring best-in-class performance in the execution of CRG’s automation projects.
Before joining CRG Automation, Stark held engineering and leadership roles at GE Appliances, voestalpine Roll Forming Corporation and Honda of America, where he built a reputation for driving process improvement, cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence.
This appointment comes as CRG Automation continues to expand its engineering and manufacturing capabilities to deliver complex automation solutions for customers across industries.
