Discovery – this is the most crucial step of the process. CRG takes the time to get a full understanding of our customers' current process, challenges, needs and desired outcome. Our team conducts facility visits to complete a detailed analysis of the current process, product specifics and performance metrics.

Preliminary Solution Review – this step ensures that CRG understands our customers' needs and vision. We facilitate a review of preliminary drawings and equipment and verify both CRG and our customers are in complete alignment on the project.

Formal Proposal – this is where we shine. Our proposals touch on each aspect of proposed solutions; including performance metrics (as specified by our customers) as well as electrical, mechanical detail and project drawings (with optional 3D scanning and modeling available). When we partner with our customers', we leave no stone unturned and no questions unanswered. After acceptance of the proposal, we turn on the green light and hit the gas!

Project Handoff – each customer will have a dedicated project manager. This gives the customer one point of contact throughout the process. The project manager leads the charge with mechanical and electrical engineering and reports to the customer with regular project updates.

Mechanical & Electrical Engineering – systems are designed to meet the customers' specific needs. This includes safety specifications, preferred system controls, and integration needs with existing equipment.

Procurement & Fabrication – purchasing works with our industry leading network of partners to ensure that we use the highest quality components and get them in time to meet project deadlines. Using this network ensures high quality, cost control and timely delivery.

Build & Test – our customers' solutions are built and tested onsite at our facility, by our experienced team of fabricators, technicians and engineers in person, with our customers. Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) are performed with the customer to prove our custom solution meets/exceeds their performance metrics.

Site Setup & Performance Testing – CRG will send qualified technicians and engineers to oversee the installation of our customers' systems. Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) is also available to ensure the newly installed system performs as designed.

Post Installation Service & Training – the relationship doesn’t end after installation! CRG offers post installation service, operator and maintenance training for our customers.
